Jaguars roar Victory over owls
The Canyon View Jaguars delivered a thunderous performance in their second game of the season, crushing the Agua Fria Owls 51-0. With this blowout victory, the Jaguars even up their record at 1-1, while the Owls are left searching for answers at 0-2.
The Jaguars’ offense was firing on all cylinders, leaving the Owls scrambling to keep up. Junior quarterback Brady Scott was on fire, throwing for 112 yards and a touchdown. Scott was a maestro in the pocket, leading a relentless attack that kept the scoreboard ticking.
Derek Vasko got in on the action with a touchdown, and sophomore Braylon Anderson added a highlight-reel receiving touchdown. DJ Sims, another junior, punched in a touchdown of his own, while sophomore Jay'Mari Hector made his mark with a stellar receiving touchdown.
Mickey Raftery, who played a few snaps in the second half, showed he can step up when called upon, throwing for 50 yards and a touchdown. The Jaguars' offensive depth was on full display, and it was clear that they’ve got weapons all over the field.

The defensive line and secondary were in the Owls’ backfield all night, making life miserable for the Agua Fria offense. The Jaguars' defensive squad was relentless, showcasing their speed, strength, and strategic brilliance.
